Kundalini Yoga is an uplifting blend of spiritual and physical practices which incorporates movement, dynamic breathing techniques, meditation, and the chanting of mantras. The goal is to build physical vitality and increase consciousness.
This class is accessible to all levels. We'll start with some warm up exercises, then move into a specific set of movements (kriya) and enjoy a meditation with mantra and a nice savasana.
